The Bill (Reg. No.4568) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, offers legislative regulation of the right of citizens who own (use) a land plot for employment, provided a land plot is obtained in the result of division of lands of agricultural enterprises, agricultural cooperatives and agricultural joint-stock associations, or due to the resolution of the local self-government or executive body.
The Committee upholds the Bill, provided Clause 8 of the Law "On Private Agricultural Economy" is amended.
